On September 2, 2021, Tan Lin, Deputy Director of the Nan’an District Health and Family Planning Supervision and Enforcement Bureau and Head of the Comprehensive Enforcement Detachment, together with leaders including Guo Jianghong and Fan Yuanyuan from the Comprehensive Enforcement Detachment, visited Fenghai to oversee the initiative for establishing “Chongqing Healthy Enterprises.” During the on-site inspection, Director Tan provided the latest regulations and policy guidelines related to occupational health and the development of healthy enterprises. The company convened the Party Congress and the branch committee meeting, during which the members of the branch committee were successfully elected. On October 12, 2021, the company organized and held the Party Congress and the branch committee meeting. After counting the attendees, the chairperson of the meeting reported to the assembly on the total number of party members in the branch and the number of probationary party members. The number of full party members present with voting rights exceeded half of the total number of full party members entitled to vote, thereby complying with the procedural requirements for adopting resolutions at the meeting. Ms. Yuan Manfan, Chairperson of the Company Trade Union, and Comrade Zou Zongze, Manager of the Administration Department, attended the meeting as non-voting guests. During the meeting, the party member representatives engaged in earnest deliberations, fully leveraging the intra-party democratic consultation mechanism. Each member of the branch committee first put forward their views or proposals, after which the party members gathered around the central agenda items for thorough discussion. Following extensive deliberation among all attendees, any matters requiring a resolution were decided by majority vote in accordance with the principle of minority服从majority, and the election results were subsequently reported to the CPC Chongqing Economic and Technological Development Zone Committee for Non-Public Enterprises and Social Organizations. This meeting focused on strengthening party organization building and studying the Party Constitution. Following a democratic election conducted by all attending party representatives, Comrade Ran Jianchang was elected as the branch secretary, Ms. Wei Hongmin as the organizational committee member, and Ms. Ye Changxiang as the publicity committee member.
