The company convened the Party Congress and the branch committee meeting, during which the members of the branch committee were successfully elected.

On October 12, 2021, the company convened the Party Congress and the branch committee meeting of the Party branch. After counting the attendees, the chairperson of the meeting reported to the assembly on the total number of Party members in the branch and the number of probationary Party members. The number of attending full Party members with voting rights exceeded half of the branch’s total number of full Party members entitled to vote, thereby complying with the procedures for adopting resolutions at the meeting. Ms. Yuan Manfan, Chairperson of the Company Trade Union, and Comrade Zou Zongze, Manager of the Administration Department, attended the meeting as non-voting guests.

During the meeting, Party member representatives engaged in earnest deliberations, fully leveraging the intra-Party mechanism of democratic consultation. Members of each branch first put forward their views or proposals, after which Party members were organized to conduct thorough discussions around the central agenda item. Following extensive deliberation by all attendees, any matters requiring a resolution were decided by vote in accordance with the principle of majority rule, and the election results were subsequently reported to the CPC Chongqing Economic and Technological Development Zone Committee for Non-Public Enterprises and Social Organizations.

During this meeting, work on Party organization building and study of the Party Constitution were carried out. Following a democratic election by all Party delegates in attendance, Comrade Ran Jianchang was elected as the branch secretary, Ms. Wei Hongmin was elected as the organizational committee member, and Ms. Ye Changxiang was elected as the publicity committee member.
