I. Introduction to the Rubber R&D Team;
The rubber technology R&D team currently comprises 16 core R&D personnel with over 25 years of industry experience in compound rubber and rubber products, including 5 technical engineers, 5 product development engineers, and 6 quality engineers, all possessing strong technical capabilities. After years of independent R&D and practical application, the company has emerged as a leader in compounded rubber manufacturing and rubber products in the Southwest region. It has spearheaded or participated in the development of nearly 50 industry standards for the rubber sector. With more than two decades of experience in the design, R&D, and production of compounded rubber, engine seals, engine guide and tension pulleys, decorative components, vibration dampers, oil hoses, and other rubber products, the company’s R&D team adheres rigorously to established systems and product-development processes—covering everything from product design and project initiation through R&D and process control to the optimization and refinement of manufacturing processes and tooling—thereby delivering superior technical quality and robust quality assurance to its customers. |

II. Plastics R&D Team; Team Introduction; The plastics R&D team currently comprises 26 core R&D personnel, including 8 process development engineers, 8 mold design engineers, and 10 quality assurance engineers. Technical capabilities; Participated in the development of plastic product projects for numerous automotive and motorcycle OEMs, including Ford, Geely, Changan, Honda, Loncin BMW, Yamaha, Kohler, and Briggs & Stratton, earning consistent praise from clients. Team members possess many years of experience in plastic product design and manufacturing processes, enabling them to formulate effective technical development solutions tailored to customer requirements. The company’s product R&D capabilities are among the industry’s leading, enabling it to develop robust technical solutions tailored to customers’ specific quality requirements. For automotive exterior components, parting-line dimensional accuracy can meet the standard requirement of ≤0.005 mm; for gear products, center-to-center pitch tolerance can be maintained within 0.2 mm, and installation dimensions can achieve a tolerance of 0.005 mm. Our company’s technical team uses UG software for product structural design and CAD software for 2D drawing annotation. Moldflow software is employed for mold-flow analysis, enabling the identification of potential product defect trends at the early stages of R&D and thereby maximizing both product quality and project schedule adherence for our customers. |
