Leaders from the Nan’an District Health Commission Visit Fenghai to Provide Guidance on Building a Healthy Enterprise

On September 2, 2021, a delegation led by Tan Lin, Deputy Director of the Nan’an District Health and Family Planning Supervision and Enforcement Bureau and Head of the Comprehensive Enforcement Detachment, together with Guo Jianghong, Fan Yuanyuan, and other officials from the Comprehensive Enforcement Detachment, visited Fenghai to oversee the initiative for designating the enterprise as a “Chongqing Healthy Enterprise.” During the on-site visit, Director Tan provided the latest regulations and policy guidelines related to occupational health and the establishment of healthy enterprises. Comrades from the Environmental and Safety Office of the Fenghai Kunxiang Safety Committee, including the director, accompanied the inspection.

During the research and guidance visit, leaders from the Municipal Health Commission listened to reports on the company’s occupational disease prevention and control efforts and on the progress of establishing a “Healthy Enterprise” at the municipal level; reviewed various archives and ledgers related to the company’s “Standardized Occupational Health Management System”; and conducted a corresponding review of the company’s “Healthy Enterprise” application materials in accordance with the Chongqing Healthy Enterprise Scoring Criteria.

After reviewing the documentation for the “Chongqing Healthy Enterprise” initiative, Director Tan and two other colleagues from the Municipal Health Commission offered valuable suggestions on how to effectively carry out occupational health and safety work and the development of healthy enterprises. Following their thoughtful remarks, several staff members in charge of related functions at the Company’s Safety Committee Office felt greatly encouraged and deeply aware of the formidable challenges inherent in preventing and controlling occupational diseases and in advancing occupational health and safety. They are both confident in the city’s evaluation process for designating healthy enterprises and keenly conscious of the significant responsibilities that rest on their shoulders. Going forward, they will ensure that the leadership’s guidance is communicated to all grassroots departments and frontline employees, steadfastly upholding their original mission, staying true to their core duties, and putting the company’s commitment to “health and safety” into practice with greater enthusiasm and a proactive attitude. The Company will also continue to adhere to its business philosophy of “people-oriented management and integrity-based service,” striving to promote a culture of corporate health, enhance the overall health literacy of all employees, continuously and effectively improve the workplace environment, strengthen health management and services, meet the health needs of employees, and achieve coordinated development between enterprise growth and individual well-being.
