  The saturated main-chain structure of EPDM imparts excellent weather resistance and ozone resistance. 
  Rare earth elements optimize the crosslinking network through coordination interactions, thereby further enhancing crosslink density, heat resistance, and fatigue resistance. 
  Breaks through the traditional limitations in weather resistance of rubber strips; comprehensively addresses the pain points of wiper blade rubber—high-temperature deformation, low-temperature hardening, and ozone-induced aging—thereby extending its service life from 500,000 cycles to 1.5 million cycles.

2. Independent cross-section design 
  The cross-section features a specially designed shoulder plane that ensures the optimal contact angle between the seal strip and the glass, effectively mitigating vibration; an energy-absorbing zone is incorporated to ensure smooth tilting and controlled noise levels. 
  Achieve the optimal angle for smooth, jitter-free scraping.

Superior adhesion 
  The participation of specific functional groups in fluorocarbon resin coatings, such as hydroxyl and carboxyl groups, enhances the adhesive strength of the resin, promotes deep crosslinking between the resin and EPDM, further refines the network structure, and improves coating adhesion. 
Ultra-low surface energy 
  When fluorine-containing groups such as –CF₃ and –CF₂– are arranged on the surface, they form a hydrophobic layer; 
  Weak intermolecular forces combined with a smooth fluorinated surface enable dynamic lubrication at the wiper–glass interface, reducing the coefficient of friction to 0.10 and thereby completely eliminating the abnormal noise associated with both dry and wet wiping.
