Job Responsibilities:

Knowledge and Skills:

1) Master knowledge such as process-based auditing in the automotive industry.

2) Be familiar with the audited department’s COP, SP, MP, and other relevant matters.

3) Proficient in the use of nine-column tables and assessment checklists for quality, environmental protection, safety, and occupational health management systems.

4) Proficiency in ISO 9000, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 management system standards and related knowledge;

5) Possess relevant knowledge of the environmental quality, environmental protection, safety, and occupational health manuals, procedural documents, and third-level documents.

Requirements:

Mandatory requirement: at least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry; preference given to candidates with experience in the automotive parts industry.

1. Responsible for new product development, including development process tracking, pilot production of new products, and preparation of technical documentation.

2. Responsible for cost development, pilot production, and quality control of new products in accordance with the Process Flow Diagram and Cost Budget Table.

3. Responsible for the continuous optimization of products, technological improvements, and the design and refinement of tooling and fixtures, as well as material selection and enhancement to improve product quality.

4. Responsible for tracking, inspecting, and verifying product changes.

5. Responsible for project handover and production transition, as well as follow-up and resolution.

6. In accordance with the company’s HSE management objectives, participate in training and implement them rigorously.

1. Negotiate prices for all company components and be responsible for gathering procurement information from various channels, as well as conducting comparative analysis of cost breakdowns.

2. Based on the parts procurement requirements issued by the production workshop, place corresponding purchase orders with suppliers and follow up on delivery status.

3. Follow up promptly upon arrival to ensure timely put-away; handle non-conforming items in a timely manner.

4. Process returns of defective products before the monthly inventory count;

5. Allocate and adjust transfer quantities based on the fulfillment rate of prior deliveries, the quality pass rate, and the timeliness of returns, ensuring rational transfer management.

Note: This position requires some work experience in the manufacturing industry, with a solid understanding of mechanical and hardware components. Candidates who can read technical drawings are preferred; applicants without relevant experience should apply with caution.

2. Ensure the timely completion of preventive maintenance plans for facilities and equipment submitted by the department;

4. Responsible for the installation and acceptance testing of new equipment, as well as monitoring its operational performance;

5. Responsible for the optimization and retrofitting of company equipment, as well as the comprehensive elimination of all potential hazards associated with such equipment.

6. On the premise of ensuring the normal operation of facilities and equipment, rigorously control the maintenance costs of all company equipment.

7. Responsible for the professional and technical training of equipment maintenance personnel.

Skill Requirements:

1. Possess an electrician’s license, proficient in using a multimeter, and highly skilled in hydraulic circuit systems;

2. Proficient in repairing injection molding machines and machining equipment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering, Applied Physics, Automation, Measurement and Control Technology and Instruments, or related fields; outstanding associate-degree holders may also be considered.

2. Proficiency in programming using OpenCV, LabVIEW, Halcon, C#, C++, or other programming languages; candidates with relevant work experience will be given priority.
