Fenghai Information: 5S for All Employees—A Neat and Tidy Start to the New Year!

On January 29, Chongqing Fenghai Kunxiang Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. launched the “5S for All Employees: A Tidy Start to the New Year” campaign. At around 3:30 p.m., Mr. Yuan, the company’s general manager, led heads of various departments and relevant personnel in conducting a pre-Spring Festival inspection of environmental safety across the group’s mold workshop, injection molding workshop, rubber workshop, warehouse, and other office and support areas. The workshops were clean and well-organized, with machinery and equipment thoroughly cleaned, raw and auxiliary materials properly stored, and all facilities neatly arranged and labeled, resulting in an excellent production environment.
The floors in each office area are clean, documents and books on desks are neatly arranged, the office environment is warm and harmonious, and a strong festive atmosphere prevails, exuding a joyful and peaceful New Year spirit—thus laying a solid foundation for the effective implementation of 5S management principles upon the resumption of work after the holiday.
At 5:00 p.m., General Manager Yuan chaired a summary meeting on the pre-holiday inspection.
General Manager Yuan emphasized:
First, we commended the outstanding performance of all departments in the pre-holiday “5S for All, Neat and Tidy to Welcome the New Year” campaign, and emphasized that 5S activities should be maintained as a regular practice. If everyone puts in the effort and does their best, 5S will naturally be sustained effectively.
